1. Supported Accommodation

We provide high-quality, fully furnished supported housing designed to offer safety, stability, and peace of mind. Every property undergoes regular health and safety checks to ensure it meets approved standards. Our maintenance team responds quickly to repairs and property needs. Residents are welcomed into a clean, secure, and comfortable living space that supports their wellbeing.

2. Dedicated Housing Support

Each of our homes is assigned a trained Housing Support Worker who offers ongoing guidance and reassurance. They monitor property standards, report repairs, and act as a trusted point of contact for residents. Their role is to ensure that every individual feels heard, supported, and safe in their environment. We aim to build positive relationships that encourage progress and personal confidence.

3. Fast & Flexible Placements

We understand that housing needs can be urgent, which is why we offer same-day placements when possible. Standard placements are completed within 72 hours of referral to minimise delays. Once housed, our team works with residents to address any immediate challenges they are facing. We prioritise stability first, then provide ongoing support based on individual needs.

4. Independence & Future Planning

We help residents work towards long-term independence through personalised support plans. This includes guidance with finances, tenancy preparation, recovery management, and life skills. We also connect individuals to training, education, and employment opportunities. Our aim is to help each person gain confidence, stability, and a pathway to a better future.

6. Community Reintegration

We support residents in rebuilding connections with their community in positive and meaningful ways. This may involve access to voluntary work, local services, training programmes, or support groups. By strengthening social links and networks, we help individuals feel included and supported. Our focus is on building confidence and creating long-term opportunities for growth.
